Our Refund Policy

OpsAssistant sells downloadable digital products including toolkits, templates, guides, trackers, and checklists through Etsy, Payhip, Gumroad, and Ko-fi.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products: No Refunds After Download

All OpsAssistant digital products are delivered electronically by instant download.

Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, we are unable to offer a refund on the basis of cancellation or change of mind. This is because digital content cannot be returned once it has been delivered.

By completing your purchase and accessing or downloading a product, you confirm that you consent to immediate delivery and understand that your 14 day cancellation right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 is lost at the point of download or access.

We strongly encourage you to read the full product description carefully before purchasing to ensure the product is right for you.

Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products

We are committed to delivering products that are accurately described and fully accessible.

If you experience any of the following, you may be entitled to a remedy:

  • The file you received is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • The file delivered is different from the product you purchased
  • The product is materially different from its description
  • The file is inaccessible due to a technical fault on our end

If you believe a product is defective or incorrectly delivered, please contact us at hello@opsassistant.co.uk as soon as reasonably practicable after becoming aware of the issue. Please include:

  • Your name
  • Your order reference number
  • The platform through which you purchased
  • A clear description of the issue

We will investigate promptly and respond within 5 working days. Where a product is found to be defective or incorrectly delivered, we will provide a replacement file or, where that is not possible, a full refund.

Platform Purchases

OpsAssistant products are currently sold exclusively through Etsy, Payhip, Gumroad, and Ko-fi. Each platform has its own refund and dispute resolution process which applies alongside this policy.

If you purchased through one of these platforms and are unable to resolve your issue directly with us, you may also raise a dispute through the relevant platform.

Free Resources

Free resources and materials provided by OpsAssistant are offered at no charge and are therefore not subject to this refund policy.
