For matters relating to the intellectual property, permitted use, and content of digital products, these Digital Product Terms apply.
- Cancellation Rights and Refunds
Your cancellation rights

By completing a purchase and accessing or downloading an OpsAssistant digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your 14 day cancellation right is lost at the point of download or access.
Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, no refund will be issued on the basis of cancellation.
Defective digital content
This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is defective. If the file delivered is corrupted, inaccessible due to a technical fault, or materially different from its description, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you believe a product is defective, please contact us at hello@opsassistant.co.uk as soon as reasonably practicable after purchase with your order reference, the platform through which you purchased, and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond promptly.
Where a product is found to be defective, we will provide a replacement file or, where that is not possible, a refund.
Platform refund policies
For purchases made through Etsy, Payhip, Gumroad, or Ko-fi, the refund and dispute policies of those platforms also apply alongside these terms.
