A Few Words
About Me
He was right - but not quite in the way he meant. OpsAssistant was built on something broader than task management. It was built on real-life experience handling situations that genuinely matter.
Where This Started
I relocated to the UK from Bulgaria on my own. No support network, no safety net, and very little money. What I had was the ability to research, organise, plan ahead, and find a way through. I started as a care assistant, brought my children over seven months later, raised them here as a single parent, and in time we bought our family home in Wales.
Both of my children arrived with no English at all. Today my son holds a finance degree and works as a financial auditor at one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. My daughter discovered a passion for health and safety while studying forensic science at university and is now building her career in that field. I am extraordinarily proud of both of them.
That is where this business comes from.
Helping You Stay Organised, Supported, And In Control
OpsAssistant was built around one simple idea – helping busy people manage the practical details that can quickly become overwhelming. My support is structured, discreet, and hands-on, whether that means organising travel, preparing documents, coordinating tasks, or helping untangle a difficult situation.
Experience Built Through Real-Life Situations
My background includes healthcare and complex care, health and safety compliance, international repatriation coordination, insurance claims handling to Ombudsman level, citizenship and settlement applications, and travel logistics across 55 countries.
I have coordinated cross-border repatriations involving embassies, coroners, and authorities across multiple countries. I have handled insurance complaints, managed deceased estates, supported families through some of the most difficult practical situations a person can face, and navigated bureaucracy in three languages on behalf of others.
My education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, a college Access to Higher Education qualification in Medical and Health Sciences, and over a year of studying Diagnostic Radiography at Cardiff University before family circumstances required me to step back. I chose my children’s future over my own studies. I have never regretted it.
I am fluent in English, Bulgarian, and Russian. I was born in Bulgaria and spent my first seven years in Moscow. All three languages have been practically useful across many of the situations I have handled over the years.
A Bit About Me
Outside of work I genuinely enjoy researching, planning, and organising. Travel has always been a passion – I have visited 55 countries and still approach every trip with the same obsessive attention to detail.
I have an unhealthy relationship with order and cleanliness. And I share my home with two miniature Yorkshire Terriers who are, without question, my third and fourth children.
How I Work
Structured Support Designed Around Real Life
Clear communication, organisation, discretion, and attention to detail are at the centre of every task and project. Support is designed to feel reliable, calm, and genuinely helpful rather than transactional.
Assistance can be provided on a one-off, project, or ongoing basis depending on the level of support required. Flexibility, practicality, and trust are at the heart of the way OpsAssistant works.
