3A. Website Visitors

When you visit opsassistant.co.uk we may collect:

This information is recorded automatically at server level by our hosting provider as part of standard web server operations. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or any other visitor analytics or behavioural tracking tools on this website. 3B. Digital Product Customers

When you purchase a downloadable product from OpsAssistant through any of our selling platforms, the platform collects and processes your purchase data on our behalf or as a separate controller. We may receive:

We do not receive your full payment card details at any point.

When you engage OpsAssistant for Day-to-Day Support, Situation and Case Support, or Retained Support services, we collect:

When your data is no longer needed, we delete or securely destroy it.
